Technicians:

We are currently accepting applications for Nortel and/or NEC technicians. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience, working with Nortel/NEC systems. Cable Technician:

We are are looking for a cable technician. The successful candidate must have the ability to install cable- office or plant run, 1 to 50 voice and data drops with minimum supervision. Must be able to install paging horns, clean sets, Minor MAC work, install set on Norstar or NEC. Installation and Customer Support on Nortel products: CICS, MICS, FLASH, NAM, CCR TREE, MINUET, PRELUDE. Some knowledge on Nortel M-1 and Meridian Mail Call Express (AVT) products. Major Upgrades on Nortel and AVT products. Installation and Service on AVT voicemail systems Digital Line provisioning (ISDN-MEGA-LINK-T-1-BRI) Cabling and termination of voice and network cabling.

Customer Service Representative (CSR):

We are currently seeking experienced CSR's for our fast paced Telecommunication business. The main purpose of the CSR job is to design/implement with the customer their new telephone/voicemail system including all aspects of training on this system, which includes user and administration training. Follow up after training is completed to ensure all users seem comfortable with the system and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
